The exporter must not do any of the following:-
(a) receiving payment for goods exported by other than the prescribed mode,
(b) To make arrangements for taking payment of exported goods which are delayed beyond the specified period,
(c) doing any act without receiving payment for the full value of the exported goods,
(d) Doing work that is not properly licensed or any other work related to such work.
